In keeping with the Google theme our group naturally progressed into, I’ll be emailing you through a distribution list that will also log any correspondence through it to.

• Discuss: Mission&Vision(&Values)
• Discuss: General company description
• Research Planning (Impact and Stakeholder Analysis, etc.) - who and where from we will be getting our "data". e.g:
• How the shops currently operate: stock, suppliers, finances, staff.
• Who is going to attend the academy?
• How do we register/incorporate the business.
• Do we need to consider how a business bank account is setup.
• What grants we can get (from government) and how.
• PESTEL and 5 Forces.
• Who's going to be working on what, mainly:
• General Company Description
• Strategy
• Marketing Plan
• Operational Plan
• Finalise logo and name (basically done).

was the agenda for the meeting I missed, and if so if anyone has any feedback either way of that meeting.
