- Discuss: General company description
- Research Planning (Impact and Stakeholder Analysis, etc.) - who and where from we will be getting our "data". e.g:
- How the shops currently operate: stock, suppliers, finances, staff.
- Who is going to attend the academy?
- How do we register/incorporate the business.
- Do we need to consider how a business bank account is setup.
- What grants we can get (from government) and how.
- PESTEL and 5 Forces.
- Who's going to be working on what, mainly:
- General Company Description
- Strategy
- Marketing Plan
- Operational Plan
- Finalise logo and name (basically done).
